Should fast food resturants be banned?

No they shouldnt because thats retarded. Yea people get fat and die from hear disease from them. Good less fat people that od on fast food. You can get fat by eating 10lbs of lettuce but no one wants to ban that

I think that whoever thinks that, well I don't know what to say without critizing or offending other's viewpoints, so I'll just say I think that it's a free country, let them be here, it's people's choice whether or not they want to eat there, so no don't ban them.

i don't think they should be banned but i think they shouldn't be allowed to expand anymore. there's alraedy enough out there and it's the person's choice to eat there so if they get fat it's their fault not the company's.

ex. the girl who tried to sue mds cause she got fat from it :laughing:

but no matter how many ppl complain and say how evil it is, no ones gonna ban them. its convienient and cheap.... ppl arent gonna stop going to these establishments simply becus ppl say its gonna make u fat. cookie dough ice cream makes u fat. ding dongs and ho hos make u fat. it dosnt make sense..... u cant blame a food franchise becus ur obeese... its ur choice. their are healthier choices on the menue, such as salads and fruit things...... so u cant blame them. and for the price of a big mac value meal u can go to subway and get sumthing healthy to eat instead of making a bad choice...... and beleive me, i AM obeese, but im not about to sue taco bell for makin me this way.... and its not just fast food.... its a lot of food..... its the responsibility of the consumer to make a good decion... it dont matter if thats at mcdonalds or the grocery store.

i dont think that they should get banned beacause of all the fat people ( but they may go bankrupt from all of the riduculus lawsuits) but why should a business be shut down because people don't have enough will power to stop themselves

Also i don;t eat fast food much but when i do i enjoy it so why should the people who eat it in moderation be punished because there are a few fat people that just don't know when to stop?

ok... not all fat people are fat slobs with no will power or self control... studies show that obeesity has a lot to do with genes and invirement.... and im seriously starting to get offended by all the talk of fat people.....

its stereotypical and judgemental..... and there r a lot of different things that contribute to obeisity.... unless u r obeese... u dont know how it feels or wat its like. but if u could take a walk in our shoes for just one day, i guarentee u ud feel a lot different about it and u wouldnt be so judgemental

ya sarah.... becus of the way i look, ive been dealing with both physical and mental abuse from my peers since very early in childhood.... and a lot of ppl dont look at it as descrimination... but ridiculing an overweight person for their appearence is like callin a black person the n word. becus ur openly disaproving and discriminating against them becus of their appearence

why not be banned, well it's good food, not for your health or you weight, but sometimes junk food once a while, no problem for me.without that, where must the youth then going to eat?
