LOL at the comments.
Pass
hes 38. ten years too late.
Can we stop feeding Eminemimem so he can go away already? People encourage him wildy to make more horrible music as it is.
oh joy!!! emminem back in our faces! :/
I agree with Chelsea lol. Anyone argues that his music is good doesn't really know good music. Plus, these boxing movies and stuff are getting old and I used to box!
Wow, a boxing movie (yuck), starring Eminem (yuck again) and written by "Sons of Anarchy" (still more yuck) creator Kurt Sutter (who?). Yup, I can tell I am going to be rushing to see that one. *yawn*
I WOULD be happier if Eminem didn't suck now.
Rap is not music.
lol ugghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Not interested...AT ALL!
good to know he's got better things to do than pop songs with Rihanna.
Could be even worse tan casting Will Smith to play Ali.
my name is Richard Melvoll, i'm one of the first few that made a comment lmao.

Ugh, Eminem. The perfect soundtrack for the idiocracy we're becoming. Didn't he stink up the screen enough with that horrible movie where he plays some belligerant, talentless white trash rapper? Such range he has an actor, lol! I predict he'll spend the entire movie scowling and delivering his lines in the same whiny monotone, and rubes everywhere will think his wooden line delivery and bad posture is so "real".

stillmatic wrote:For the person who asked whether Em's too old for this, absolutely not. Christian Bale and Mark Wahlberg just did 'The Fighter' which is a huge movie, and both are A-listers and potentially up for Oscars.
Secondly, the initial concept is very good. This has huge potential. The producer is good, Sons of Anarchy is a very Eminem type show, it's very dark and has great story telling and is often action packed, but never ever done in a bad way. It's mostly story than action, rather than the other way around.
Thirdly, I hope they get a good director.

They're actors, they're both highly fit for the roles as well... Em is.. not in boxer shape and he's 40 lol
He's gonna have to put in a lot of gym work and get that 6 pack going again if he really wants to do this

Mark Walhberg is 39 and his character in The Fighter is 31. Plus Bale is 36 and played Wahlberg's older brother (around 41 or so). And they are both perfect in their roles.
