Strawman and false dichotomy never did I say that the emcee's performance should be abandoned in favor of beats(I said they're both equally important), and who says you can't have both good beats and performance. And lol at you comparing Kanye's skill to smucks like Gucci Mane and Wacka Flock.
Ok but if I did care what Eminem said about his album, "I wouldn't have my own taste". Just like he told me to have at the end which is kind of a contradiction but whatever.
Yeah fine whatever, I think we all got caught up in semantics in that part.
You twisted my words yet you tell me to not twist his words

Show me how I twisted your words, if I misintepreted than I apologize.
You want me to elaborate on why I think it's not that great? Ok. I've already said it. Kanye barely raps, it's like a more hip-hop oriented 808s & Heartbreak and when he does it's really nothing special. Too many features.
What's your point if it's a good album it's a good album, shit I'm not even talking about Hip Hop I'm talking about music as a whole.
Too many 5+ minutes track, some that waste those extra minutes with either autotune (Runaway), singing over and over the same lyrics (Monster), or with a boring skit (Blame Game).
And? SSLP and MMLP had a bunch of retarded skits.
With that said Blame Game is extremely repetitive and Devil In A New Dress is so boring, Rock Ross did decent but nothing special unlike some people praise it as. Too much singing. The only good things are the beats (So Appalled, Lost In The World) & some times the singing can be pleasent.
I'll at least give you effort for this, and again saying the "only" good thing are the beats is like me saying the only good thing is the rapping
There are so many great albums that came out this year, some better than MBDTF. Where's the praise for those albums? Where are the critics giving it countless fives? Not that the critics' opinions matter but it's annoying that people are constantly on his dick like he cured AIDS or something.
Name the rap mainstream albums (not undergound or any other genre) that are better than MBDTF. And no not Recovery, we'd be going in circles.
It's not like comparing Relapse & Recovery to College Dropout & LR is an unfair comparison so I don't know how that's similar to an MMLP & MBDTF when MMLP shits and stomps on MBDTF

Wow just wow, Relapse and Recovery on the same vein as College dropout and LR.
Point what out?

The Ye dickriding, and no I don't count so don't be a wise guy
Jay-Z dropped BP3 which is a bad album so no.
Better than relapse that's for sure and he's been consistant far more than Em.
Nas to me is a fantastic rapper but he is not better than current Em. (and no that's not stanning, I just enjoy Eminem more than Nas and I think Eminem is still a very skilled emcee. Problem?).
No problem with you enjoying Em more but yes Nas has been more consistant than Em recently HHID and Untitled are definitely better than Encore and Relapse. Haven't really listened to his new album though.
Andre hasn't been in the spotlight or dropeed a solo album or anything with Outkast so you can't include him.
Who cares that dude dropped 4 consecutive great-classic albums and not one garbage or even mediocore album.
Scarface? hasn't been good since The Fix.
This I'll give you
Raekwon
Have you even heard of OB4CL2? Granted he's dropped a ton of flops but since we're talking about recently...
Ghostface are not better than Eminem today or in his prime.
What are you talking about? Ghostface has only dropped one trash album in his long and prolific career. He is THE most consistant mainstream rapper. His only trash allbum was Ghostdini, and considering the size of catalagoue counting solo and collabartion albums that's fucking impressive.
I still don't get people saying Eminem fell off? Sure Relapse & Recovery aren't as good as SSLP, MMLP & TES but dammit his music is still quality but people like to compare them to his past classics which is incredibly unfair to his newer albums.
People don't just do this to Em they do this to Jay, Nas ("no album can ever be better than illmatic" anyone?), Mobb Deep (everyone crying that they fell off and can't produce an album even close to Murda Muzik), any artist who dropped a classic in their debut is going to have their new shit compared to their old shit that's just how it is.
And Ghostface and Andre are still near their "prime".
