Yes he is, don't tell me you're the type that think multis out the ass make a great rapper. Rapping wise he's not on their level, and he basically shitted on his legacy with his new releases but back in the day LL was pretty damn good.

Yeah, but after his first & second releases, he is nothing special.

How was he marketable??? Dudes who are automatically marketable are guys like Drake, 50, etc. Looks/voice matter the most.

Eminem number 13

Ice cube and slick rick and chuck D (dont know him) and 2 pac and fuckin jay-z and scarface (C'mon SON)
biggie can flow and he all dope but he aint on Em's skill level

nas same as biggie, big daddy kane is iight i guess, never gave KRS a chance, rakim is dope but still not like Em.

SMH @ Scarface, Slick Rick & KRS :shakehead:

Eminem is better than them EASILY.

No they take it on influence alone ,you just don't put someone like Eminem (or even Nas and Jay Z) against guys that changed the game in a huge way.

Em has influenced more than Scarface for sure.

The other two are debatable but I'm just saying Eminem >>>>>> Scarface, Slick Rick & KRS.

Let's start and wait for answers.

From who of them is Lil Wayne greater?

Lil Wayne vs Eminem
Lil Wayne vs Rakim
Lil Wayne vs Nas
Lil Wayne vs Tupac
Lil Wayne vs Biggie Smalls
Lil Wayne vs Jay-Z
Lil Wayne vs LL Cool J
Lil Wayne vs Andre 3000.

I can name and other but I stop here.
You said that he is Top3 ever, right? From who of them is Lil Wayne Greater/better?

Rakim
LL
Andre
Jay
Nas (hard choice)
Eminem (hard choice)

I don't listen to 2pac & Biggie on a daily basics but i have heard all there albums and most of their music. I'm not giving them credit because there dead. Pac is and still is the best to ever do it. I don't listen to him all the time but i gotta give props when props is due. Biggie imo is the best (real) freestyler to ever do it and his lyrics were the always on point and had were most original but again he isn't one of my favorites but he is one of the best. Wayne is slightly better then Nas and Eminem in certain aspects. for both i picked pros and cons and wayne came out on top 60/40.

Nah, I started a thread about how Rebirth gets too much hate. It's OK, got 4/5 good songs and a bunch of mediocre ones, it just can't compare to other good albums of his. Wayne's albums like Rebirth and INAHB are really just glorified mixtapes in my opinion. They're a mode for him to put out stuff that wouldn't be put on a major studio album otherwise. And if he can sell a couple hundred thousand copies, why not?
