Its actually good idea if you dont say anything as if em or his manager publicly say something abut the leaks it just highlights it even more therefore more people knowing about it then more people download it.Without saying anything it will die down and that.plus its there fault for unreleased material leaking anyways and would have to be stolen from the office or what ever.

At this point in his career (especially when there is no new album on the immediate horizon, we've yet to hear anything beyond speculation as to his next official release, not counting the D12 album) anything leaking will likely be material without a legitimate release in mind or older stuff (like what some of this next leak seems to contain). While I'm sure Em will be bummed out, I wouldn't put it past Interscope to just put all the leaked tracks on one cd and sell it to the masses just to make some extra bucks off of something that wouldn't have been released anyway.
