Rakim and Andre 3000 are easily the most underrated MC's ever.
I can't understand why so many people(not only there but generally) let them out of their Top-10.
Both have the tools even for #1 ever but people can't understand or don't know their greatness and how important they are in the History of Hip-Hop.
And let's say that Rakim is old and his best years were 87'-95' and youngsters don't know much about him and his greatness/legacy.
But Andre 3000? Outcast's Speakerboxxx/The Love Below the best selling Hip-Hop album ever in US and one of the greatest albums ever in Hip-Hop History released 2003.But people forget about Andre...

I don't include legends like Rakim, LL cool J, Slick Rick, Big Daddy Kane, G rap because there already expected to be there before even guys like Nas, Jay, Eminem and Pac.

And that was a personal top 10, an objective top 10 would have had Pac, Big and Eminem there somewhere.
