Recovery is Eminem`s most commercial/mainstream album ever. But not pop. It hip hop all the way. And the people who say it`s pop are just gangstas wannabes, and they think they are too gangsta for a Rhianna chours. Hate me now.

Hate Me Now was a dope song.
Back on topic, some of the choruses are pop but his verses aren't if you randomly play it when rihannas singing you'd think it was a pop song & if you play it when eminems rapping you'd think it was a rap song.

Much of the hate Rihanna gets is because of who she is, not because of what she brings to the album. If she was some no name like that Liz Rodrigues girl, not many would complain as much as they do.

I guess people are just tired of the song because it got all kinds of airplay when they released it as a single.

If they released Echo or INAD as a single I wouldn't trip at all, Spacebound wasn't released as a single & I hate that song even more than LTYL.

Listen to SSLP, MMLP, The Eminem Show and Encore. Can you find a song like Love the way you lie, or Seduction? (Or Space Bound's chorus the But it's only few songs from Recovery. I listen to Cold Wind Blows, Wont back down, Goin' through changes type of songs from the record, and I don't really care about those, but I understand if it's a dissapointment to someone. But in the other way, Em is a grown man now, he raps more about his feelings, his life, than about taking extasy, and killing random people. It's pretty normal I guess.
There will be my signature. It'll be a hot one. You'll look at it and say - wow that's a gangsta signature.

Chorus and bridge of Not Afraid fit right on a shitty pop song. They sound exactly like Eminem's parody poppy singing in "My Band."

Maybe the bridge but the chorus is just to give us that powerful effect.

Regardless of what you may feel about it, Not Afraid isn't a pop song. It's not meant to sound pop, and really I don't see anything pop about Not Afraid. It's supposed to be uplifting, whether or not you like the song. I don't think for a second Em was like "Not Afraid will be a pop song!"

Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake
