Mainly because people like to look at other people's opinions on this board, and whoever is the most convincing they decide to live by it. Guarantee you atleast 1/4 of the Andre 3k "fans" on this board don't even realize why people say he's good, or have even listened to more than a few of his songs.

Rappers get overrated alot on TRShady. The word 'classic' gets thrown around so much it's lost it's original meaning, some people judge rappers purely off of either their rhyme scheming, or their beats alone, and now sales are part of the discussion again? Even after shit like that has forsaken Hip Hop with the stereotypical image and unjustified hate it's garnered because of it's portrayal in mainstream music? Jesus christ.
