This week worldwide will be over 160k at least seeing as it did around 20k UK and 137k US, probably near the 200k mark.

Don't have The Fames official worldwide sales just MediaTraffics estimates.

I think Recovery will be the best seller worldwide this year as the IFPI (the official & real worldwide database) here: http://www.ifpi.com/content/section_about/index.html tracks album sales from Jan 1st - Dec 31st including this weeks sales which are likely to be upto 200k, this will be enough to surpass The Fame if it hasn't already. On top of that there is next weeks sales which is the final week of the year.
