Slim trails Lady Gaga but lands second highest selling album of the year, according to 2010 United Word Chart.

Eminem has another accomplishment during a year that has seen him rejuvenated and inspired. The emcee's Recovery is said to be the second top selling album worldwide of the year, according to 2010 United World Chart. Media Traffic, the German media site, compiled the list and awarded the first place honors to Lady Gaga for The Fame Monster.

5.8 million copies of The Fame Monster were sold this year and Eminem came in at a very close second with 5.7 million. Justin Bieber landed in third place.

No. Dont always believe what you read. Its just the MediaTraffic (UWC) estimates again, once 1 website gets the information they all get it. The year isn't over and it doesn't include christmas sales. That shows that stupid site up for not running the whole year. Just wait for the Official worldwide sales in Jan. And as Hamza said Recovery should be at over 6 million once the IPFI get official sales.
