My first Eminem album that I heard from start to finish was Encore. My nephew passed it to me and I got hooked on Mockingbird. I went and listened to his other songs and started loving him more and more

Last year, i only had SFTM, Without Me, and Lose Yourself. I was whatever about him, i didn't know the difference between good and bad rap. I heard Relapse in my bro's car and was interested. He gave me all his albums and loose tracks. I've been a stan since.

I'll never forget when MMLP dropped when I was in 4th grade. Me and my best friend would listen to it every day at recess and on the bus and I was just completely blown away by it. Those were the days. I love threads like this by the way.

He was saying everything I was saying for months when I first heard The Real Slim Shady, I hated boy bands, hated britney spears and all this pop lovey dovey bullshit. So that song was him saying everything I was thinking, then I bought the mmlp, as they say the rest is history... :smoking:

I remember my aunt telling me not to listening to him because he was nasty which only intrigued my interest. Sometime in late 1999 I bought the SSLP at Walmart and I still hadn't heard a song from the album yet. I bought it because all the kids in my class were talking about him. I instantly became a fan. The MMLP I purchased within the first couple of days and I remember a guy in the mall told me, "they let you buy that?" I was 10 or 11 when MMLP dropped. Back then you didn't need to be 18 to buy parental advisory albums.

At SSLP I was like eh...This kid is alright..Then the MMLP came out and then I exploded in my pants in a endless stream of semen that still leaks through my shorts to this day causing me to have repeated episodes of orgasmic pleasure. :y:

I remember hearing "I've been with 10 women who got HIV, Now don't you wanna grow up to be just like me!" and I was like: :o he is crazy, you can`t say that! I was young and it was cool couse he was saying crazy stuff. Then, I saw that he had deep and meaningfull songs and I was hooked.

I still don't think you really gotta be 18...at least, not in my state

They never ask me for an ID or anything, and parental advisory albums are all I buy lol. When I was 18 and bought TES (in 07, mind you), I was half expecting them to ask for an ID but they didn't. No matter where I go, they never ask, so it makes me think that PA stickers are basically worthless

Came back to annihilate, the game's in dire straights, as I await
Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

The first time I heard Em was in Forgot About Dre, I was like 5 or 6. I remember trying to rap the chorus but it was just too fast for me at the time. Then I heard the real slim shady and I didn't understand why he was dissing boy bands (which I liked at the time *shrug*).

But after I bought Get Rich or Die Tryin' came out, Don't Push Me instantly became my favorite song.
