Lmao, I love how it's called "Dr. Dre's" when; Alex Da Kid produced it, Em has two verses (and probably wrote Dre's / someone did) and someone else is on the chorus.

Well, no matter who's rapping/writing it is on Detox, so yeah it's Dre's.

Can't find the part where it says Nas is inspired? He loved the track, that's it.
