I mean, Jay never fell off per say. He "retired" but he was still releasing collab albums like Collision Course and that ehhh album w/ R Kelly and a couple guest verses. Em really fell off, he was gone. I liked Kingdom Come, it was good chill music. Songs like 30 Something and Lost One were great.

But, Jay is way underrated (on this forum). He arguably has three classics as well. Yet, people like to bash on him because of BP3 or Kingdome Come, which is unfair. That's like bashing Eminem constantly for Encore and ignoring his other material.

I am 25 years old and started listening to Jay around the Hard Knock Life track...

I'll say BP3 is some of his best work to me. I had lost some interest in him prior to that album, but I find it to be awesome. Has tons of replay value to me too. Only song i hated was the Forever Young single..

I wont go as far as to say its better than Blueprint or Black Album, but its very very good i think.
