should america adopt english as its national language?

altho it is spoken and almost treated as such it isnt official.
other countries and all government meeting worldwide are cponducted in english.
america was founded on english, and all our country records and documents are in english.
why not do it?

yes, because it's a languages that you can speak everywhere and that every one can understand.it's just like france langauges, that's one that evry one understand too and that you can speak everywhere

of course yes i mean if everyone talked english it would be so easy for us to comunicate and we wouldnt have dificulties talkin with everybody..ok everyone learns english at school and everyone talk english a little but having english with my main language..that would be huge!!! :wave:

that's not what i mean, it doesn't matter which language, i just want that there was one language that we all spoke, that would make things very easy...it doesn't matter if it's english or spanish or whatever...i took english as an example...i'm someone that has moved from one country to the other a lot and went to different schools, for me it would be much better if there was one language

Actually, from all of what I've heard from foreigners in my school, English is the hardest language to learn and grasp because it's so complex, however, if like me, you're raised by it, then it's nature. It would be a lot easier to travel between countries, but that's like us saying, let's speak a national language of German or Spanish or French, you know?
