I always thought that shit was wrong...i mean shes the one who put him in this world and shes the one who didnt abondon him like his father did...and i remember reading she even gave him a car at the age of 17..she could have done wrong things ok..but i dont think in any way it could ever be right that he would talk about rapin his own mother..guess he only did that for the controversy ,trust me dont think im a hater or anything i been listenin to em since i was 10 but seriously i always thought that shit is just wrong i mean shes his mother..it was just wrong screamin on stage "say fuck you debbie debbie" he shouldnt have said shit like hailie wouldnt even be at ur funeral..cuz im sure he will go to her funeral and bring hailie and actually would cry for her..cuz everyone in this wolrd has only one mother no matter how wrong she would do him..shes the one who put him in this world.

we dont really know the truth, we dont know the details..but i guess he added to it to make himself in a right position to diss her that badly..and then get that controversy.
and for the one who said " she sued him i would hate her for that" i think she sued him cuz he was insultin her in previous songs and he clearly was doin it for the controversy either love it or hate it its the truth,so she sued him....dont get me wrong i love hearing what he writes about herJUST cuz its entertaining and i think thats why he would write such things cuz hes knows the audience would think its enjoyable and just intresting a rapper insulting his mother like that but when u think about it,its really wrong and just not right..
also in concerts hes tellin people to shout "fuck you mother"...is just bad, i dunno

No seriously, I agree. Nobody should ever be like that towards their mother. I mean, it's one thing if whatever Em claims she did has some truth to them. BUT still, he shouldn't say shit like "FUCK YOU DEBBIE!" or "I hope you fuckin' burn in hell." ESPECIALLY when there were pics of them re-uniting and hugging and making up (Around 2000) maybe? And to add to that, he's said "She's my mother and I still love her." Then you shouldn't have told her to burn in hell, Em. Look maybe I'm just saying this because I was raised to respect adults and love my parents. Maybe I haven't been through what Em went through. And if Em's excuse is that she sued him to get money, than that's even worse, because Em should've gave money to his mom once he got big. My final thought on this is that Em should've been mad at her, but not at the extent he got mad at. JUST MY OPINION.

EDIT 1: when I went to Em's concert and he told the crowd to scream "Fuck you momma momma!" I was just looking at every idiot around me. Why would idiots scream that? I'm pretty sure most of them loved their mothers. I was one of the few who didn't say it..

I'm siding with Eminem on this, I hate my dad like he hates his mom and alot of people really don't get him and think it's just an act or he's hating on his mom for petty reasons like a stupid teenager when he's not he obviously has reasons to hate her yet he still loves her at other times. When he thinks of all the shit shes done wrong he's in a hateful mood yet at other times he thinks of what good she's done for him and decides he loves her.

Honestly, just giving birth to a child and then not abandoning him doesn't make you exempt from all criticism. Eminem slams her for neglecting and abusing him. If what he says is true (and his mother's public behaviour isn't exactly refuting his claims...) then he has every right to air his grievances. Children are vulnerable and totally dependent on their parents, it must have been scary growing up in that household. You also aren't owed love, loyalty and devotion just by being a parent. You earn that by being a good, loving and responsible parent.

Sadly repeating the dysfunctional patterns you learned at home is all too common, so perhaps it's not all that surprising that Em became an addict and that addiction wrecked havoc on his relationships with his children. But he takes responsibilty in his songs for all that as well. Deja Vu is just scathing, all that wit and ridicule directed against himself.
