It's a reference track simply made so dre knows how it's suppose to flow....
When people ghostwrite for someone it's standard practice to spit it for them as well. Because lyrics on a page can be spit dozens of different ways...

It is in no way Em's verse...
It's basically the same thing as a track of his adlib vocals leaking, and you's saying it's boring and wack.

I never got it. Was the song supposed to have all four of them on it? Or is there one version with Nas and one with T.I? What's the dealeeeeeoooooooooooooo?!

Basically the Dre, T.I., and Nas version leaked first. T.I. wrote his verse for Dre. Then the Em version leaked and his verse was also wrote for Dre. If the final version ever leaked it wouldn't have T.I. or Em on it at all probably, but instead Dre rapping their verses.
