What I like about Shady Records is that Eminem is always looking for genuine talent and not someone who is only capable of selling a lot of records. I know he has signed some average rappers during his career but I guess the drugs made him think they were any good.

Someone like Yelawolf is never going to sell a million first week. He got signed because he is talented therefore good news for hip hop.
