What The Fuck happened exactly with that ???

I know he got kicked out because he took a shot at Shady,

buuuuuut

was it Em who kicked him off SHady Records? or did someone else do it ?

He never took a shot at shady, it was mutual, he wanted off to do his own thing, they still cool, em is supposed to be on bottoms up

Yeah it was a problem with Interscope, not Shady Records. Eminem worked out a deal so that Obie could leave, free with his material. They're on good terms, and Obie says this himself on songs where people thought he was taking shots, as you would put it.
