Re-Build Curtain Call The Hits

Postby seatownclown » Jan 13th, '11, 08:18

So first thing I wanna say is that this is my first post and I have been an avid reader of the board for a good 3-4 month's and finally decided to make an account. I am excited to to take my first step into stanhood.

What I would like to do and see other people's opinions on is how you would reconstruct Eminem's greatest hits album curtain call. If this post has already been made :zipped: my bad

also one thing I sorta took into consideration is trying to map out all the different personas of Marshall Mathers including his funny side not just the songs with highest replay value, comercial success or best lyricism I wanted to make an album that would have a variety of appeal as well as a good starting point for a new Eminem listener. A little background on myself I have listened to Eminem since about 2000 and have heard just about every song multiple times.

My only criteria/rules are the song has to be released not leaked so no INAD or difficult or anything like that yet.

He definitely should NOT release another greatest hits album until he retires.
1) He would just look like he is grubbing for $
2) He hasn't made enough "greatest hit" songs since Curtain Call to warrant a new album

I agree with number 2. Although he's released some of the best songs in his career (in my opinion) since his comeback, he hasn't got enough of those to make another greatest hits album.

I suppose he could mix up the best of the hits he had in the past, and mix them with the current one should he do it.

Nice list, but... Most of them weren't hits/singles and not that many people know them.

Oh and you said "Stand" instead of Stan. :p

Something tells me that Em wouldn't put Buffalo Bill on his greatest hits album.

Smh @ Fack being on a greatest hit album. Like if released as a lead single for an album it would've been his biggest single since Lose Yourself :shakehead:
