Kill You is not nearly as good as the under rated Who Knew or Im Back

No order since I like one song more than another every week

Marshall Mathers
The Way I Am
Criminal/Who Knew (very similar to me so they're both here)
I'm Back
Kim

Drug Ballad & Kill You sometimes replace one of the songs on there.

Kill You
Marshall Mathers

Literally, the first track of every album by Em (Besides My Name Is...) is praised as one of the best songs of the album.

Yeah that's because he always gets the opener spot-on. Opens with a bang, sledgehammer to the brain. And even though "My Name Is" wasn't that, it would of been madness and a mistake to not have that as the album opener, given its premise / lyrics.

@Words Myth - Because it sums up the genius of the album in itself. It's a fireball of lyricism and character, playing with perceptions, provoking, irony, just, wonderful. Not to mention its musical merit, that fantastic beat and the haunting structure of it. The use of the silences, the timing etc.

Anyway, my fave songs would be (in order of appearance)...
- Kill You
- Stan
- The Way I Am
- Drug Ballad
- Criminal

Five is tough though. I feel annoyed leaving "Kim" off as it's groundbreaking but at the same time, I like it more for its artistic merit and execution, I hardly listen to it a lot. Where as, "Drug Ballad" I used to play constantly.

"Stan" I didn't play that much after a while too due to me getting sick of it. But, can't leave that off a top five too, it's such an important song.
