1. In terms of "rap killer", it runs in raps soul that the most popular artist is always perceived to be that person, its just about eras and how they go. Tupac's music was labeled as such when he was in his prime by conservative rap fans, Jay was the same when he was releasing Vol.3, then 50 got it and now it's Wayne's turn. So I don't really care if Wayne is the death of hip hop, to me there's no such thing as that. I just don't like the simpleness in his music, it doesn't have rhythms and it's not poetry.

2. Sorry, haven't heard those songs and probably will never. If they are what you say they are, he should make more of an effort for them to be at the forefront of his releases.

3. I heard this song once, and I noticed the Jay diss. It's the same old.

4. I don't. I will tell you right here the only rappers I genuinely can't stand are Nicki Minaj and Rick Ross.

5. Are you serious? Canibus went at LL with insults that had everything to do with but his age. Wayne goes at rappers by simply arguing they're old.

6. What you call balls, others call stupidity. If there was some truth to it, then it would be balls. Dude's an idiot.

7. He was, and probably still is. No one has a bigger buzz in NY than him.

Lil Wayne, now, definitely beats 50, now. Not 03 50, 03 50 would fuckin' demolish Wayne. If 50's next album is him rapping as he did on GRODT, then I'll gladly take back my statement. But Wayne has been greatly improving since he got out of jail, I'll be the first to admit that

Better, I'm not going to get into that, though I do feel if they had a battle boh at their primes Lil Wayne would smash 50. And I'm pretty sure their both hated by hip hop heads, maybe it's cause 50's runis over that people feel the need to put him on some pedestal as if he was some figurehead 200s rap.

50's prime = GRODT. Lil Wayne's prime = Tha Carter II. GRODT wipes its ass with the cover art on Tha Carter II.

Also, 50 is the type of rapper that's prone to beef. And good at it too. Prime Example: Back Down. Lil Wayne, as far as I know has never really directly dissed another rapper. So, a battle would be completely one-sided. Even today 50 is better than Lil Wayne.

/argument invalidated.

Considering Eminem was one 2 of the most popular songs from 50's albums I doubt you didn't know who Em was. And how old were you then anyway? Maybe 10? That doesn't count lmfao.

lol opinions are opinions but tell me you're joking?

If Wayne is scared to respond to "average" 50 around 2007/2008 when he was bored with rap and just fucking around, you think Wayne would smash him in their prime? Lol.

Wayne on his best days didn't respond to 50 on his worst days. Wayne would never have the balls to, and you know it.

Anyway, you guys argue about this song. I don't want to waste time on Wayne more than I already have.

You know on the Lil Wayne forums they consider Em a mediocre rapper, to them 50 cent is beyond garbage.

To the majority of this forum Wayne is either shit or mediocre and Birdman is complete garbage

GRODT had 5 far more popular songs than Patiently Waiting & Don't Push Me. Same with The Massacre. And I became a 50 Cent fan in '06 when I was 10. Way before I found about Eminem. Therefore, it's impossible for me to have liked 50 Cent because of Eminem.

So you're 14? Wow, you must be really smart lmao. You became a fan of someone when you were 10. When I was 10 I don't even know what I was bumping, probably some garbage. You're not smart enough to listen to good music, you're probably not smart enough now.

GRODT is better than CII, but both are great. And, lyrically, 50 has never been a monster. If you read his lines on paper, they're good, but nothing jawdropping. It's his natural voice and the hot beats he got that made GRODT so good. I'm not taking anything away from 50, but you gotta give credit h=where credit's due.

50 would smash Wayne in a beef though, Wayne just isn't a feuding dude.

No. I'm 15. And why the fuck does age matter? If anything it just makes you look like a dipshit because you are older and bringing up irrelevant shit to an argument (you lost).

Again, I fucking repeat HOW THE HELL WOULD I LIKE 50 CENT BECAUSE OF EMINEM IF I'VE BEEN A FAN ON HIM (50 FUCKING CENT) SINCE '06 WAY BEFORE I FOUND OUT ABOUT EMINEM?

Basically you're assuming people are nostalgic sacred cowing every big rapper out there, and in a few years they're going to be respected? M.C. Hammer, Vanilla Ice, Master P? People don't respect them and never had.

La La La, was on CIII his biggest album. Do I really have to point out every song?

5. Are you serious? Canibus went at LL with insults that had everything to do with but his age. Wayne goes at rappers by simply arguing they're old.

I thought the point of your argument was not to diss rappers with legendary status?

6. What you call balls, others call stupidity. If there was some truth to it, then it would be balls. Dude's an idiot.

True
7. He was, and probably still is. No one has a bigger buzz in NY than him.

To be king yu actually have to have skills you can't just be the biggest rapper out there. Yeah he had buzz, but his sklls were tremendously lacking for such a bold title.

I didn't lose...you keep bringing up that same topic which I haven't addressed for a couple posts. I'm saying you heard about 50 Cent when you were 10...you can't possibly have been able to make conscious decisions on good music when you were 10, unless you're very mature and smart for your age (which by this thread you are not) Anybody on this site that knows music and backs 50 Cent now is because of Eminem, regardless of when you started liking him lmao.

Does it matter, really? I like 50 Cent now so obviously I believe he makes good music. I liked his shit before when I was and I still do. Some of the Eminem fans here started listening in the Encore era when they were 10-13. They still like Eminem, don't they? They may not like Encore but they like the artist....Eminem.

What points are you even trying to make? You people like 50 Cent because he has "good beats" and "catchy hooks" and a "cool voice". But then you diss on every other mainstream rapper out there because of the same thing because they don't have good lyrics but guess what, neither does 50. Everyone likes him because of the Eminem connection.
