I'm not trying to get into a whole Wayne debate, but he has plenty of songs with substance...

Well, all I've listened to are C2, C3, Rebirth, I'm Not A Human Being, The Drought 3, and No Ceilings. Out of all those, there's only a handful of songs that actually do have substance

Off the top of my head, a few songs w/ substance from those albums:

Hustler Muzik
Grown Man
Oh No
Tie My Hands
Shoot Me Down
On Fire
DontGetIt
American Star
Drop The World

Wayne isn't incredibly lyrical on many songs. CII is a great album of just spitting hot lines over hot beats. Look, I love the Beatles. They have some deep songs, but they also have generic bullshit love songs that are still great. That's how I see Wayne..

Well the first statement didn't add anything to this conversation.

And no, I didn't attack him for his avatar. I said it was ironic that he's bashing on nerd rap when he has a Halo avatar, not exactly gangsta

Try again though.

Seriously Prez, Do you think Soulja Boy should learn how to rap with multis or w/e?
Lil B sorta does that on a few songs...Just mucks around and then puts out some serious shit.
What's your opinion?

Wrong.

Underground rap has shittier content than what the 90's rap had. Gangsta Rap > scientifical nerd Rap.

*Says the kid with the Halo avatar*

LMFAO

I'm sorry, I wouldn't expect an 8th grader to be able to understand what they're rapping.

And lmao @ calling it scientifucal nerd rap. I don't listen to ANYTHING that is scientifical nerd rap. But nice try.

Halo isn't nerdy whatsoever

*10th Grade, and I do understand them. They're metaphors are fucking retarded. "I cryogenically store my rhymes" - Diabolic. What?

I rather hear 50 Cent talk about how he'll shoot you if you look at him funny than have Canibus be my science tutor.

I don't listen to Canibus so you can't play that card.

And really? Halo is the biggest nerdy game there is.

And that Diabolic line made perfect sense. Those four lines were insane. I would expect a dumbass like you to listen to 50 Cent shooting people over anything of lyrical value.

So was your statement about underground now being more substantial than 90s rap in general.

Funny considering lots of non nerds play it, and don't even play it for the single playerbut multi layer and don't pay attentio to the story at all so...

@class: Nah, Halo is far from the nerdiest game. Final Fantasy ftw in that category. Most everyone loves Halo

Came back to annihilate, the game's in dire straights, as I await
Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

All the nerds at my school play halo.

Underground rap does have better substance than 90's rap.

And I don't listen to Souljia Boy either, you're the one that started that horrible strawman of me saying we should abandon lyrics for flow and delivery, I simply struck back.

And that Diabolic line made perfect sense. Those four lines were insane. I would expect a dumbass like you to listen to 50 Cent shooting people over anything of lyrical value.

Lol, at you being a pretentious fuck.

Who gives a fuck the world doesn't revolve around you, sad to say so stop using personal anecdotal evidence cause I can say all the jocks and frat boys play halo.

Underground rap does have better substance than 90's rap.

Nice blanket statement
