You know damn well YM is gonna blow every label on earth away this year.

First time ever that I agree with you... kind of. Young Money will outsell Shady ONLY because of Tha Carter 4. But if Eminem comes out with an album then Shady will win FOR SURE. For some reason I think Tha Carter 4 will sell a rediculous amount of records this year. It sucks to say it but its true, people just keep buying Lil Wayne stuff for whatever reason. And the whole "Free Weezy" thing got way to much buzz. Just the fact that he was in jail for a year will help sales too.

Drake's album will easily go platinum this year, C4 will easily go double, maybe triple platinum this year, YM's album will easily go gold maybe platinum this year. Like Father Like Son 2 will be gold within it's first month of release. Pink friday is platinum and was released last year but it's gonna be double platinum by the end of the year. Tyga album won't sell big but it should push around 300k by the end of the year. that's easily 7 million albums sold. Even if Eminem released a full promoted album like recovery Shady records doesn't have a chance against YM in terms of Album sales.

Really? It's not as easy as you're making it sound. C4 will probably get around Recovery's first week numbers for its first week. You overrate Wayne WAY too much

YM will obviously sell more (UNLESS! Em releases an album but I doubt it)

Quality wise.. Stop underrating Weezy, he's better than everyone on Shady except Em obviously, the only other person that could have taken him was probably the old 50 but he's gone.

And some these posts saying D12> Nicki & Drake (And I hate Drake) - I mean I know this is an Eminem forum but REALLY?.. D12 has been dead for how many years now? Nicki and Drake are 2 of the hottest rappers right now.

Young Money destroys Shady in every aspect CURRENTLY(excluding Em of course) - Slaugherhouse and Yelawolf are uknown to people, we know them because of the Shady Records relationship.

If Em can get Shady Records to actually work with these new signings and D12 then I have no doubt that Shady > YM

Right now he actually isn't. Presently he is a free agent, however Interscope has first option on him.

Interscope has offered him a new deal 2 album deal, but word from his camp is that he's holding out until he finishes his album and then sees who he releases it through. Some rumors are that he will be offered the Def Jam Presidency. Interscope did a HORRIBLE job with his last album, with it leaking 34 days before it's release out of their camp.

He's mostly holding out because in a few months a few labels will be merging, it's pretty big news actually, but its been kept on the downlow by a lot of insiders. You might even see Eminem and Kanye on the same label soon.
