i think everyone knows em wrote dre's verse...no big surprise there...i don't think it's a bad song i love the concept and the hook...not one of the verses is anything to write home about though...the drums and the beat are pretty loud to be honest almost over powering...i just expected something on par with forgot about dre...i still listen ton that track but i doubt even in 6 months i'll be listening to INAD

What does it matter if its not on par with forgot about dre neither is there other collabs except for guilty conscience but there still good. You've been listening to forgot about dre for along time so your to attactched to it and your hopes for INAD was probaly to high because of it. Its funny how peole are always negative about a song when it comes out but a few months or years later they say its good.

dr. dre wrote most of his verse imo... it shows his feelings... maybe em help dre with the last verse words or gave him some ideas but it's dre imo... dont hate... :shakehead:

i understand everything you're saying man...all i meant was forgot about dre has a lot more replay value than INAD imo and i could listen to that song way more often than INAD...i haven't listened to forgot about dre in a while so it's not like im stuck on that song...i think guilty conscience, forgot about dre, say what you say, are all better than INAD...maybe im way off base or maybe im the only one that feels this way...im not trying to compare the two, even though i know that's basically what im doing, but i only look at it that way cause i guess since they've had so much time to work on this album i just expected more...i dont know just my 2 cents

I think Dre did write most of his verse too. But Em probably helped some

fail... I Need A Doctor >>>> Say That You Say.

atless in my opinion... it's the 2011 version of forgot about dre... more emotional content that em did with recovery... whatever... Recovery = Eminem Show...

it's widely known dre doesnt write a whole lot of his verses...the structure of this song plus the rhyme scheme...dre's matches em's 1st two totally and it's not like any of it is complicated rhymes...i have a feeling if em didnt write all of dres verse he probly did most of it

Not exactly. I agree that INAD is better than Say What You Say, but not that Recovery = The Eminem Show. It has some similarities that I can appreciate, but TES > Recovery. Recovery is my personal second favorite, though, so no hate at all

Is it me being totally stupid thinking lyrics is the most important in a song or they don't get it? :facepalm

Lyrics aren't the most important part. Making it sound good is the most important part. I don't want to listen to someone with amazing lyrics who has no flow over a terrible beat.

My favorite rappers have to have both good lyrics and a good sound, but a rapper can get by just sounding good. Take a lot of 50's generic club tracks. He doesn't say anything amazing, but the songs bang.

Yeah right I forgot about the beat and flow :zipped: But I like more lyrics than the beat :sweating:

Cause the shit I hear is crazy
But your either getting lazy or you don't believe in you no more
Seems like your own opinions, not one you can form
Cant make a decision you keep questioning yourself
Second guessing and its almost like your begging for my help
