^YEAH, BUT NOT EVERYONE CAN AFFORD OR PUT THE EFFORT TO PUT THEM ON THEIR CARS. LIKE INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES OR THE SNOW PLOWS OBVIOUSLY HAVE THEM BUT THE AVERAGE DRIVER DOESN'T USUALLY HAVE TIRE CHAINS.
