I just wanna know where the first 30 seconds of this video come from...is it from some reality show or a movie? I just wanna be able to see the full clip or if eminem discusses his addiction on this clip? right at the begining...

It's weird that he has dark hair and appears to be slimmer when he's standing at the podium thing but when they cut to the other shots, he seems to be considerably heavier. Could be the outfit though.
