Sometimes I almost feel like I've been listening to this great underground rapper Eminem all my life and now he is finally blowing up

Emadyville wrote:did no one read what was written about that "Top 10" voting, it was the votes from 3,000 people, it's not all his fans or some big poll just a small sample from a website i never even heard of, but still a good poll in the sense that some of his best were on there.

Here's some facts I remember that wouldn't be listed:

-8 Mile had the 3rd highest grossing opening weekend for a rated-R movie when it came out
Also: I believe it made 82 million in sales it's first week out on dvd, could be wrong or remembered that wrong, but at $20 or higher, 4 million copies seems feasible.

-The 8 Mile Soundtrack was the first soundtrack to EVER spend consecutive weeks at #1, which has since been done again and broken.
--Also, whats even more amazing, it did it TWICE. It's 7th and 8th weeks out, it was #1 also :worship:

-The Eminem Show hit #1 on the charts once again in it's 14th week, just a cool fact :smoking:

-He had the #1 Movie (8 Mile), Single (Lose Yourself), and Album, well sorta (8 Mile Soundtrack), since it was a various artists idk if that "counts", but even still, The Eminem Show that week was also #7 on the charts.
I'm not sure if anyone else has, but I think so, done that with topping all 3 charts :worship:

No it isnt. Your forgetting Prince's Purple Rain soundtrack.
