However he is not dissing anyone in particular. If you listen to the whole song (all the parts) he ends it by saying that nobody is to blame but themselves (all the hip-hop artists). He is not saying that everyone he listed is not dope or has contributed some legitimate stuff to hip-hop, but merely they lost their way. The song ends like so:

It has a very similar tone and message to Syllables. Everyone is guilty and instead of doing something about it people are pointing fingers.

It's stupid. He should just be glad that more people got into hip hop. If it wasn't for Em, I probably wouldn't care that much about the genre today.

I wouldn't go as far as saying they're not skilled. They would undoubtedly not have nearly as much success or recognition if they weren't friends with Em, but they aren't bums. For example Mr. Porter produced P.I.M.P. for 50 (widely successful) and is an produced on Detox.
