I still believe that Recovery is Relapse2.The moment he realized it had nothing to do with Relapse theme, he changed the title.It was his own words when Recovery came out back then
PS:Altho maybe there were some tracks when he first started making the album that sounded like Relapse(aka accents/killers theme)

But he had Relapse 2 tracks from 2008 he just never stopped recording and by the sounds of songs like what are on Refill it would of went the same route.Isnt Koolo leaking a relapse era track 2moro?
