It's true man, even though I'm not a huge advocate for underground and prefer a lot of 90s mainstream and even some current mainstream here and there, the ratio to dope rappers to wack rappers when compared to mainstream favors heavily towards the underground. Not to say the underground's perfect and doesn't have a shit ton of wack artists as well.

I agree but the best artists are/were in the mainstream.

I'm still a huge fan.. Almost every track I hear from them gets me pumped, and then they got a couple sad type tracks like "Raindrops" which is still fucking sick.

I never stopped enjoying their music.

In fact now that they're on Shady, and producers that were previously unattainable are able to work on their project, the hype is getting bigger for me.

It's almost like they were raw before. Now they're professional motherfucking lyricists.

Well they're a good group, no weak link.

But, they're going to have do more than create another album full of punchline tracks. That was the introduction, the intro to their skills, fine... but...

To justify their bloated (though slightly in-jest I know) claim that they're the greatest hip-hop group ever, they're going to need to be innovative now. As non-stop punchlines about how good your flow is or how big your dick is, isn't. There's only so much of that before it becomes tedious.

So, they're very skilled but, as for whether they're artistically worthy yet, we'll see. I'm a fan in the sense i like them, I'm hardly watching their every move though. But I look forward to their next album.

I really like Slaughterhouse actually. Budden is one of my favorite rappers. I love their deeper songs the best though.

Hesky wrote:when you take into account their first album was made in 6 days, it isn't going to be perfect. I still think it's dope though.

This time around i can only see it being better. 2 more years together as a group, more time to make the record, plus Eminem behind them; I don't see how it can be bad thing with 4 great lyricists doing what they do best.

The album was dope.

They're a great group, four extremely talented lyricists, but their music doesn't really keep me interested. Hopefully being signed on Em's label will change that

Came back to annihilate, the game's in dire straights, as I await
Word on Satan, as I drop, fall to my knees before this Quija board and I pray
Now I lay me down to sleep
I do this shit in my sleep, I’m sleepin' now, imagine if I awake

Cause the shit I hear is crazy
But your either getting lazy or you don't believe in you no more
Seems like your own opinions, not one you can form
Cant make a decision you keep questioning yourself
Second guessing and its almost like your begging for my help
