IDK man, I can't really think of any lines that 100% address another rapper by name and say he'll kill him. Like, has anyone said, "Hey _______ I'm gonna shoot you!" It's always more implied. I very well could be wrong, but I can't think of any direct death threats. Some rappers may say "I'll kill you if you _____" but that's different.

I understand your point, but this isn't a beef with another rapper. This is a song about an average, every day woman. When rappers say they wanna kill each other, that's typical. Hell, if they really wanted to, rappers CAN take shit to court if someone states by name that they want to murder them, but they don't because thats fucking homo lmfao. But taken in context, this can be seen as a death threat because it is unprovoked. Unprovoked in the sense that he said he released a song about wanting to kill her while she didn't do anything similar to that, not unprovoked in the sense that she didn't fuck him over lol.

it's fucking retarded though how you can get sued for saying something. Saying and doing is a HUGE difference. Then again you can sue someone for practically anything these days, I could sue someone for a million dollars for looking at me the wrong way.
