X The Wise wrote:You state a good point, though you can't argue at the fact that Eminem's version of songs, is way better than Hopsins lyrically. I don't see Hopsin as who the hell is this guy to diss all these, like we wudda been that with Eminem if he did release Without Me at the birth of his career. Though i just think Hopsin's lyricism is very dull, where Eminem had good lyrics in Without Me, and much better flow, ''Infesting, your Kids ears and nesting''. Just most of the stuff Eminem said he said it in good ways and stated a good point about it. Where Hopsin doesn't. Do you get what i mean?, you compare without me and sag my pants by lyrics and Eminem's a certified winner.

True , and of course Eminem > Hopsin lyrically .. just like almost everybody there , but Hopsin had some moments with great lyricism too .. not par ones but still .. see the last verse in Sag My Pants ? he discussed an actual story there .. "Eazy's dead now yea the label's finally yours" , these are the type of songs i'd like Hopsin to go with .. instead of nothin' but punchlines , cause he had a great past for story-telling .. singed into Ruthless then released by Eazy's Wife .. love for skateboarding (Fiasco got famous for this one) .. what'll happen if he just dropped the punchlines .. he'll actually get a real chance in becoming big

and YES I AGREE WITH CAPS LOCK ON HOPSIN HAS NO RIGHT TO DISS ANYONE WHO DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A BEEF WIT HIM
i was pissed off when he dissed Lupe Fiasco , but i guess thats what Underground rappers do .. take shots at everyone to gain attention , because i can see a lot of CEOs checking Hopsin's videos and wanting to sign him and they find out there's a point when he's dissing them .. so they'll just leave it , Kanye made Fiasco's career because he remixed a song into a tight content

in other words i agree with your point .. lyrically punchlines isn't just everything , but Hopsin did have some great lyricism in some parts .. like "i sever some nikkas who're not in my pedigree cause on the tombstone is as hard that their name will ever be" .. but fo sho' eminem's lyrics are a lot better now .. though eminem is an old rapper from 1996 .. while Hopsin's first album was only a year ago .. so Eminem has a lot more experience than Hopsin .. and while Eminem witnessed all the classic rap acts .. growing up while listening to Tupac, Jay-Z, Biggie, OutKast, Nas .. etc .. Hopsin dropped out of school in 2004 .. so how old will he be ? probably twenty-somthin' .. so give this nikka some time naw to improve

and i think Hopsin will be improving in the future .. ionno if he's dropping punchlines but i fo sho' he'll be improving lyrically

nahmean ? :b:

Lol yeah i know about the Eazy E thing, that's when he was signed with Rutheless Records. To be honest hopsin is a sell out, and if he got the chance to be in Young Money he would do it. The reason why i know is because i used to talk to Hop on tinychat quite a while ago when no one really knew him, like before his first album. And when he went with Swizz, he basically gave al lhis friends the middle finger even his producer tanner guin who also done grafix. He dissed Hollywood rappers but tried to go hollywood himself.

I liked some tracks off Raw, though his punchlines are kinda weak. I could imagine Hop becoming quite the famous one, he has the Image and flow. Mainstream could even seek him out, but who knows.

i didn't really know that .. thanks for this info

now i'll go dissing Shady Records cause i wanna get signed

lmao, yeah. But about Hopsin 'yeah, His producer is pissed, i follow him on twitter and he was telling me everything what Hopsin did, plus a few friends from Hopsin who helped him with a few stuff. So it doesn't really make sense dissing hollywood rappers lol, if you would do the exact same in there shoes, i mean it's a shame because that's what noctrunal rainbows was about 'people who complain but what do the same in others shoes'. Though then again it's only truthful i suppose lol.

Or you can send Jay Z an Email, and get signed, that's what K-Koke did and he got signed.

Jay-Z got famous even after bullshit talk by Jaz-O who mentored Jay-Z
so Hopsin is definitely gettin' away wit it

my friends are more important than fame for me , definitely .. and even if i have to leave them i wouldn't just give them the middle finger like that! , thats just bullshit

E-Mail ? Seriously ? .. just made me think of makin a demo tape and send it :flutter:
and Roc Nation is the perfect beginning for a new artist :b:

I was just joking about the email, though it's weird why he signed K-Koke when there's much more better artists he could of signed.

Didn't you read what i said. It doesn't make sense dissing Hollywood rappers (what's on the mic), when Hop has proved he can be traiterous, he would be a hollywood rapper if he got the contract. So what he said on the mic was just a lie really, and other songs on the album what he did what were serious kinda deminishes it from the heart.
