Albums in order...

Postby KaZer » Feb 19th, '11, 18:42

What's Good... I need some help searching some artists/albums? I'm Thinking of getting these albums in order since there's a lot for me to look around.

Also thinking of downloading Hopsin's Haywire mixtape and then Get RAW album.

Kanye West - The College Dropout, Late Registration and then Graduation
(buy em' in order or bad idea and no I won't get MBDTF Album)

Jay-Z - The Black Album or Reasonable Doubt

The Game - The Documentary

Yelawolf - Mixtape or Album?

Sadistik - The Balancing Act

Dr. Dre's Detox - I would get the CD once it's out. I won't buy his 2001 or Greatest hits
(Perhaps Detox will be out in a few months later, if it doesn't come out in April  )

Eminem's new album (whenever he will make another one or double disc but hoping its better then Recovery) :sweating: :worship:

I'd kept telling myself to get an album but kept changing my mind a few times. ex. I want to go out and buy Kanye West, The College Dropout then I'll see another album like Slaughterhouse but I can't decide what I should listen first, what if I don't like the album, but again I won't know till I listen to 'em :facepalm

Help me out and give some good feedback, again thanks for your time. :b:

i'm a little confused with your logic here, but i'll try to help you out considering i have pretty much all of those albums

get Jay-Z - Reasonable Doubt, if you haven't heard it yet it will blow you away

if you haven't heard Dr. Dre's The Chronic or 2001 you HAVE TO get them before hearing Detox, i guarantee they will amaze you

get The Game - Documentary, and look for his You Know What It is Vol 3 and 4 mixtapes , they are SICK

Kanye West - College Dropout is a great place to start

Get Hopsin - RAW before anything else, it's his best work and then get the mixtape and Gazing at the Moonlight

As for Eminem, please tell me you have SSLP, MMLP and Eminem Show...they are all must-owns

it's never good to flood yourself with a ton of new music at once because you won't appreciate it all like you should

take it one album at a time and you'll eventually be into some great classic albums :b:
ahead of my time, in my prime, one of a kind, out of my mind

Yeah, I'm not trying to buy all the albums at once but I would like to get some like 1 or 2 albums to listen. Then keep following on the list.

Sorry if I'm confusing you. Yes, I have Infinite to Recovery from Eminem. I believe MMLP, TES and SSLP is Classic Album, Sometimes I change my mind with SSLP & Relapse.

I might check out Reasonable Doubt and about Dr. Dre's album, I might grip 2001 then The Chronic.
I think The Game is pretty good artist, would be awesome if his RED album would ever comes out and yes he has some good mixtapes. I never really know how good is Kanye West but i know he's awesome with productions and beats (correct me if i'm wrong)

As for Hopsin, Thanks now I know what to get first, also Haywire is pretty good.

Forgot to mention, What about Asher Roth, I heard his album sucks but his mixtapes are really good,
agree?

Please point me to some proof of this.. Honestly I'm not even trying to be a hater, but I feel like 8 out of 10 Kanye beats an amateur could piece together.. Especially after those last 2 albums.

I'm just saying from a purely talented view. Leslie makes everything from scratch while phasing his own instruments. Ye doesn't do that.

But ye is dope. I love his older stuff. Good morning is one of my favorite songs.

Thanks for giving me some feedbacks. :flower:

I'm thinking of getting these album in order unless you guys disagree:

Sadistik - The Balancing Act
Hopsin - RAW
The Game - YKWII Vol. 3 & 4
Kanye West - College Dropout
Jay - Z - Reasonable Doubt
Dr. Dre - 2001 or The Chronic
The Game - The Documentary
Hopsin - Haywire mix-tape then Glazing at the Moon or
Kanye West - Late Registration and then Graduation

I can't decide to get Hopsin or Sadistik first, even though I never heard the artist/album.
I don't know which I should get Dr. Dre's 2001 or The Chronic. (Not sure if I should get one but I think it's a good idea if I'm planning on getting Detox.)
I might skip The Documentary and get Hopsin's mixtape or Kanye West's 2nd album.

I might listen or get to Hopsin's RAW and see how I like the album then get mix-tape or see how Kanye West's album works out for me.

Give some feedback and again, thank you for taking your time to help me look for artist or type of albums. :y: :worship:
