From what artists I've listened to..

Eminem.

All you need to do is take a lot at Lose Yourself. That song is phenomenal lyrically. I mean there's also Sing For The Moment, Rock Bottom, SWA, Criminal, Marshall Mathers, If I Had, Renegade.. I mean you can go on and on with Eminem. If you heard it already, take a listen to the 3rd verse of My Dad's Gone Crazy, it's amazing.

He still hasn't lost it either, as I mentioned there's SWA (or practically most of Relapse/Refil), On Fire, Going Through Changes, You're Never Over, So Bad etc.

Eminem isn't the greatest at multi's but I like his multi's best. I mean his multi's are what made his rhyme scheme so famous. Since everyone does them exceptionally well these days, it's very hard to say who's the best but Lowkey, Pun, Kool G Rap, Diabolic, are all honorable mentions.

My fav multi-syllable line that's ALWAYS been in my head for sometime now is.
