Sounds like a mixtape track, almost certain this won't be on C4, this track was played on ustream awhile back, meaningful tracks have always been on tha carters, plus wayne has alot to vent about prison

Everytime I listen to a new Wayne track I think of Snoop dogg. They both have great voices but none of them are capable of actually making anything great anymore.
I have C2 and C3 in my collection but everything since that has been awful to be honest. If only he was critical of what he releases.

He definitely needs more quality control - when he is at his absoloute best, he is a beast...and has released some great music. But due to his high workrate and his desire to just put out as much music as possible, and all of the hundreds of collabs he has done in his career jumping on everything, he is sacrificing QUALITY for QUANTITY.
I've got a good feeling about Carter 4 though. '6 Foot 7 Foot' was quite dope.
