there was one thing I learned. They're only powerful when you got your back turned.”

Brain damage, ever since the day I was born
Drugs is what they used to say I was on
They say I never knew which way I was goin
But everywhere I go they keep playin my song.

I don't even know the background behind this pic, but I like it. No bandana, no tats, no chain, just Pac.

Camron, Nas, Big L

Although Mobb deep don't really look like the type of guys that would knock you out despite their raps, this picture is pretty eerie and fits the mood of The Infamous and Hell on Earth album.

Alright, time to go deep into the collection.

50 Cent and Eminem in 1998. Before either of them were big. Who'd guess they'd meet again and create a dynasty.

Jaz and Jay before Hov sold him out.
Image

'Pac, Biggie and Redman during better times.
Image

New York GIants - 50, De Niro and Pacino.
Image

Infamous hard to find Nas and B image that is still an urban legend.
Image

Em, Dre and the Queen Diana.

Classic portrait of a poet

Em in deep thought in court

I still think Em should never have inducted them, but Em's return with DMC being rightfully inducted in the RockNRoll Hall of fame.

CJ, MJB and Kim at Big's funeral.

Technique starts a school in Afghanistan.

Billionaires but oh so different - Diddy and Jay all corporate, Fif hood n1gga 'til the end.

Cause the shit I hear is crazy
But your either getting lazy or you don't believe in you no more
Seems like your own opinions, not one you can form
Cant make a decision you keep questioning yourself
Second guessing and its almost like your begging for my help

Maybe not "iconic" but it doesn't get much better than this: Premier, Big daddy kane, KRS-one, Styles P and Rakim!

Why not? (just out of interest)

I thought he did a good job of it tbh, he is clearly a massive fan and that showed with what he said about them, and their influence.
