2. Flow: Yelawolf > Asher Roth (usually, but sometimes Asher's flow is great)
3. Style: Yelawolf > Asher Roth
4. Beats: Depends on the song

So, I choose Yelawolf. Asher is okay for the type of rapper that he is, but Yelawolf is way better, IMO.
