You know what the problem is, the rules are the problem. Not the Admin, not anyone on the mod team, because we --yes, I'm a mod as well-- just apply the rules. Which, in general, work. I mean, the forum is stable, bots don't have a chance to get to this site anymore, but, on the other hand, some rules seem to function as a double-edged sword, they affect the ''respected'' members on this forum.
Which, if this was a real society, would be fair. I mean, you can't treat someone different in terms of ''law'' enforcing just because they are more ''respected''. However, this is not a real society, this is just an internet forum. I feel like a lot of the rules just hold back the overal enjoyment of being a part of this community. There should be some kind of margin in applying these rules. And there is where the mod team gets in the picture, we should try to be more lenient and judge based on the overall picture. Not just try to apply every single rule in the book.
I'm not saying some of us do, or that some of us don't. Because everyone on the mod team is qualified to do the job, imo. It doesn't take much to be qualified, though, lol...
And Emady is a good Admin, the only problem is that he got caught in the transition of a lot of activity on the forum --due to Recovery-- to a lot less of activity on the forum. The strict iron rule served it's purpose perfect when the Eminem section got bombarded with new members and posts/threads regarding Recovery. But now, I feel like there should be some form of lenient ''ruling'' on this forum.
