Hopsin Disses Novi Novak

I'm not seeing all the hype on Novi's second diss. Yeah parts were funny. But he basically repeated everything he did in the first one. Plus he flat out lied about him only being out 10 months. He's also been rapping since at least 07. It's right on his own website.

They both are pretty much sucking at the personal part though. I think neither have/nor will win, right now. They both are underground and haven't made it anywhere yet. It's getting dumb on their end on arguing who has made it further or more popular. At least until Hopsin gets signed or ends up on Tech's album.

Both were pretty personal? Hopsin barely said anything about Novi Novak. And I'm a huge Hopsin fan. His disses amounted to "I'm gonna strangle you to death with your mic chord".

In the first diss he says

"Hopsin has more fans than you in your state"

The only personal ones that can't be attributed to every single other rapper he wants to battle against is "your big buff ass belongs on a wrestling team" and "you smile after all of your punchlines". That's it. Now look at Novi's diss:

Atleast 85% of Novi's disses were personal and could only apply to Hopsin, and no other rapper. I don't know what the hell you guys are talking about when you say that they both weren't that personal. I literally just typed this out after listening to both disses one more time so maybe I missed one or two so feel free to add them, but I highly doubt they'll skew the favor at all. Novi's entire diss is even based on the fact that Hopsin didn't even do anything personal. Get off Hopsin's dick and look at the raps objectively. I hate Novi's songs and I can't stand his young money style, I have no Novi Novak songs on my ipod. I have almost all of Hopsin's, but I'm still able to see that it's very obvious that Hopsin didn't win.

First let me explain what I mean by being personal... To me, of course.

I simply mean using/saying something that actually hits the target hard. Something that the masses don't already know bout said person. Something that makes you go "wow". More like a punch to the stomach... not a slap on the wrist. Get what I'm meaning...? Neither one of these two really did that hardly at all.

Look at some of the biggest beef's in Hip Hop history. That's the way its supposed to be done. They get personal.

Novi - He talks about Hopsin being on Disney Channel. Everyone already knew this.
- Says Hop sounds like Eminem and should be his job instead.
- Talks bout him shopping at Hot Topic, Contacts, and ICP shit.
- He's special ed/retarded


Hopsin - Talks bout his mom. That's a given these days.
- Talks about the supposed contract deal with Lil Wayne.
- Talks about faking youtube views/Using Wiz' name


They both call each other fags/gay, both make fun of each others weight/physique.

In Novi's second diss he said everything he did in the first one. Which, everything he has said. Everyone already knew about. So it's hardly hard hitting.

Hopsin is pretty much just battle rapping in general. He hasn't said much too personal on Novi in general.

Also, my biggest problem with Novi is his lying bullshit and him being a hypocrite which ruins everything of his for me. His fake record deals... Him saying he's only been out 10 months but has also been out since 07, if not before. Saying Hopsin had 3 albums and got no buzz.. His fake battle wins, the 53-0 shit. Also, he makes fun of Hopsin saying he isn't as popular or successful, yet, gets on him for being on Disney. Mmmk, that makes tons of sense. Hopsin gets recognition from Tech N9ne. What has Novi done.. All he has done is get a million youtube views. It all just goes on and on. That's why I think its kinda pointless of them to mention being successful. At least Hopsin was signed regardless how it worked out.

Although it is entertaining.. It is kinda dumb and pointless at this stage.. I wouldn't go as far to say its a good 'beef' and would say either one of them won.

But I do like how just cause someone doesn't agree fully, they have to be dick riding. That one is kinda overused and old by now. Come on with that irrelevant bullshit.

lol Hopsin even stopped letting his fans see the Marcus who part 2 diss and started banning people from his facebook fan page when they would post it. He didn't want his fans hearing it. Also look at the amount of views it got because he did that. The original disses have 20,000 views and half of Hopsins fans couldnt hear the second diss because 1) Novi Novak never says Hopsins name in his disses which is GENIUS if he ever gets famous Hopsin wont get a bit of credit from the disses 2) Hopsin doesnt let it be heard. It's obvious who won this. Novi Novak even made his disses like real songs for his fans to hear and completely spoke truth in his disses. Hopsin said random stuff just like Novak pointed out in his intro. I wasn't even a fan on Novi Novak until I heard how much damage he can do to an artist in a diss song. Shit is crazy. But either way everyone knows who won plus the fact that Hopsin did it to make a name for himself then called and asked Novi for a collab 2 weeks after the beef. The guy is fake as shit and mimics Eminems style 100%. There is only 1 Eminem.
