Too simple, boring, plain and not very good looking in general. You don't have a focal point, the mixing is very poor and the text looks cheap and cheesy. The pros are that you're trying to do something interesting, and it wouldn't take long for you to get good. I would check out some tutorials, they might really help you improve.

Keep trying, keep getting better!

This isn't bad man, you're getting the hang of the colors for these, but I think you need to work a little more on the focal point of the sig. I liked it though.
