They can obviously make songs. They have 2 albums of material. You mean they can't make songs in the style you prefer? Don't listen.

They make anyone else trying to be underground lyricists look stupid. I'm guessing they don't do that emotional life experience stuff because their group has it's genre. If they do solo work I'm sure we'll hear that side of them, but Rhyme Asylum is lyricism and horrorcore.

They are Hip Hop. They're all about hardcore lyricism and aggressive content, much like...80% of underground Hip Hop? Yet your excuse is basically because they are not Poetic like the likes of Sadistik? Spoonfull? They are not your style perhaps, but no they didn't make your ears bleed. They are an awesome hip hop group, with MAD replay value. Their work is extremely creative. Idgaf what anyone else says about them because that's my shit right there. I don't listen to rappers like Spoonfull and Sadistik basically for the opposite reason you don't listen to Rhyme Asylum. Because I don't like poetry songs, I'd rather bump a hardcore Rhyme Asylum song and get amazed at their punches.

No hate here, it's opinion. Cause let's face it, Spoonfull/Sadistik/Rhyme Asylum are light years beyond most rappers, so it's not like they are bad rappers, they just have different styles.

Saved me from writing a long ass paragraph myself, also let me add on while the majority of there shit is horrorcore (which I fucking love) they also have emotional, touching songs such as Test Of Faith, Holding On & Life Support. As for the accent, listen to them long enough and you'll get used to it and end up liking it. Not just dope, they're dope on steroids & meth.
