Are people actually hearing anything else BUT "evil rise"? :facepalm

It is 1000% EVIL RISE. If it's not then I will jump off the eiffel tower. Seriously, guys why the hell would it be "refill us"? or "evil thoughts". He's making that little rise movement with his hand.
