i feel that eminem is over rated but the most underrated overrated rapper
people now a days look at him as the best rapper even on the weakest songs
non fans think hes some sort of legend
but when u ask for a top ten he isn't even on peoples list

Well in another way he is overrated in that a lot of run-of-the mill white rap fans (not heads) think he is a god, which some would consider overrated. But a lot of run-of-the-mill black rap fans think he has no skills and is only popular because he is white, making him underrated..So yeah..He's both in that way too.
