I hate whenever I do something like that. There's this girl a grade above me, and one day she came to school wearing an eye patch, so I'm thinking she's dressing up for a project or something, and I'm laughing like, "Why are you wearing an eye patch?" Then she tells me she has Bell's Palsy. I'm like, "Oh, sorry." I felt so horrible for laughing, but I had no idea.

It's not like I intentionally laughed at her. I didn't know anything was wrong with her. The seniors had been dressing up all week, so I thought it was just another project.
