The song is about him taking loads and loads of drugs, getting so high that he blacks out and when he wakes up he's murdered loads of people but dont remember doing it, I'm damn certain he's saying "Evviiiiillllll Hiiiiiiiiiiiiighhhhhhhs", this is the only thing that makes sense with the theme/subject of the song but I dont ever hear people suggesting he's saying it!!!
