Are you sure that he was talking about INAD?
I remember that he said in an interview that he produced the 'biggest song in the last 10 years' for the famous new Em album (to be released before December 2010 ). He repeated that after the leak without mentioning INAD, so I'm not sure that this is the 'right' song.

I think he was absolutely talking about INAD. Maybe @Shady Records they were thinking about a refill album in case Recovery were in trouble to be the years highest selling album. In that case INAD would have been there eventually and not on Detox.

Well, in the US. Here in the UK it hasn't done that well, and literally never gets played on mainstream radio. Although I think it's almost sold 100,000 in the UK now.

I Need a Doctor might struggle for top 10 in the UK this week though. It's really close between #8 and #10 on iTunes, and the Kanye West/Katy Perry song has 2 versions in the top 20, which means it's higher than INAD really. And there's Snoop Dogg climbing up the chart too.

I think it's being firstly, I Need a Doctor is a better song, and secondly, Born This Way was really hyped up. You'd be living under a rock if you hadn't heard of of it. Yet I Need a Doctor wasn't all over the radio, in the news, etc. As weird as it may sound, there's probably people still discovering I Need a Doctor now.

Since yesterday, Germany is the only country where you can buy a CD-Single of i need a doctor with 2 Versions, in other countries you can only buy mp3 download.

don´t worry about the bad position in CD Charts, the download version, which is not avaiable on Amazon but many other german sites, include itunes, should at least push the single in the top 50 in germany
