Tbh the reason his screaming bothers me is cos you can barely comprehend what he's saying. There's no clarity to his voice.

At first i thought it was the screaming too.But i realized this SH punchline style doesn't fit him,so when he is yelling some nonsense abt bitches or food,the voice seems forced.He always had a subject in his tracks,but these features after Recovery ...doesn't sound natural to me.
PS:i don't blame it on the voice,he proved in those live concerts he can still perform quite beautiful his old tracks.

Yea the screaming was only really in The Marshall Mathers LP and it was more meaningful then. But saying that it was meaningful in the likes of Almost Famous and Cold Wind Blows. It's the stuff that he has done post-Recovery that sounds more like he is screaming just for the sake of it.

Because his voice was WAY FUCKING BETTER.

When he yells now, it's shot and painful to listen to.

That's a matter of personal opinion, though. Everyone won't agree with that. And that's okay. We all hear differently.

I don't have a problem with the yelling, personally. I didn't even notice it until I saw so many people pointing it out when I came here.
