Yeah its used loads by fans of every artist. Whenever i go to UKMix or ATRL or any music forum i see Stan used all the time. Just type Beyonce Stan or Britney Stan into google for example.

This. I see it used everywhere, all the time. And I've even seen a lot of people use it outside of musicians altogether.

Tbh if bootylicious made it then stan should too. I think stan is used more and is pretty much accepted
