The fact he almost died, is like losing his career.. then when the ambulance came, is like Dr dre saving him. Eating the musketeers bar in the backseat of the car.. he could have said any candybar, but he chose 3 musketeers because thats him, dre, and 50 cent.. his imagery and astounding metaphorical ability goes over most people's head.. obviously it went over yours.
