It's a slang term made up to define white people acting black. There's no perameters or specifications that must be met (other than acting black, which Eminem has gotten down to a 'T'.. You don't even understand what the word "wig.ger" means. If wig*ger meant a white person who uses slang that mostly blacks use, Eminem would qualify. If a wig*ger meant a white person who makes a form of music that mostly blacks make, Eminem would qualify (and so would you and millions of others).

But it doesn't. It means someone who didn't grow up in a black culture, doesn't naturally use black slang or wear those clothes, PRETENDING to do so. IE: a fake. And Eminem still, to this day, uses Ebonics, and retains some of the language patterns he developed when he was younger (he still says "yo whattup" and shit). Though he does it less now, because he's far divorced from that kind of environment now. He lives in a mansion with three white girls.
